I have been in this apartment for 5 years and the first management team were great. Everything was working, safety was promoted, the staff was the friendliest ever.
Just about 1 year (7/2005) ago a new management took over. I have had NOTHING but disappointment which was topped off with the latest nightmare about a week ago. I have had multiple requests for service orders that I have waited for days and kept on reminding pretty much throught the whole year. But last week on a sunday (7/25/2006) I went out to the parking lot to find my brand new car that I bought the night before GONE. I am not even gonna go into details how stressed I was until I found out the management team decide to tow all cars without stickers ($25 for each vehicle) the same night. So my car has only 20 miles on the odometer but has 50 miles in towing at that point. No warning or at least a nasty sticker.. They just towed my brand new car which costed me $250.00 worth to get back. I am filing a small court case and I am also complaining with The Better Business Bureau. The apartment complex did not want to issue a check for reimbursement for a resident who has paid his bills on time for 5 years and gave him no warning. To top all of it, I placed a service order 5 days ago (6/29/06) and rang them 3 times to remind them to replace the light bulbs in the kitchen and still no one here. I will be spending my 4th of July with no kitchen lights. The promoted steam room, spa and fitnes ARE NOT WORKING for over a year.
