A weekly would be better!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Where do I start...I put a deposit down for a two bedroom apartment. When I arrived with my U haul packed tight for move-in, the condition of my "new home" was appalling. The door had been kicked in & never fixed, the oven was missing the burners, and there was green mold growing up the side of the walls. I stated I would not accept this unit and was led through three more before we could find one that the door had not been kicked in. The had to give me a three bedroom for the price on a two bedroom unit. A cleaning crew had not even been thru the unit. When maintainance was called to fix the problem, they simply threw the old furniture over the balcony. The carpet was disgusting & was shampooed while I waited. I moved in on wet carpet!!! I'm running out of space so I'll make it quick. The bathroom was infested with black mold...my car was stolen three times & there were four armed robberies (that I know of) in one year...the front gate never worked in the year I was there...the pool was closed for the entire year I was there...bums were squatting in the unit below me (all windows were broken out)for two months...My washer broke & wasn't fixed for two weeks. Of course my calls to have these things fixed went unacknowledged. To top it all off, the "new & improved" management charged me for the condition of that hell hole when I moved out!!! They said too bad, I shouldve had the new company walk thru when they changed. Lesson learned NEVER AGAIN and RUN LIKE HELL if you were thinking of renting here!!!
