I've been there for almost two years, I couldn't be happier moving out. Let me just give some insight on what you are getting yourself into.

1. Rent........ yes it looks great coming in they will sweet talk you with deals. but every time your lease comes up, they up the rent a hundred or so, and it keeps rising.

2.GATED COMMUNITY WHAT A JOKE! hmm, how should i start this, my roomates motorcycle was stolen. So much for safety. I see cops in the complex at least once every two weeks, thats sad. Also they're bad ass kids there too! Obviously the parents arent doing much for discipline, I saw a bunch of kids having a rock/pine cone fight near my car. Loud all types of day!

3. Maintenance! is okay, but remember to bug them otherwise its in one ear out the other

4.STAFF....all i can say is that there is a woman their who, is the type of person who can't admit she is wrong. I remember going over there to complain how maintenance came in without me being there and i want to make sure that it will never happen again. She said ",no one came in, no one came in to do work, i never gave approval so they couldnt have!" I showed the beaver oops i mean lady the note the maintenance guy left over saying he was there. she was baffled...

The same thing happened to me regarding the maintenance! They came in when i specifically said I didn't want them coming in without my approval. Dolores is the one I had a problem with. She argued with me over and over that no one had been in and in fact my problem had already been fixed. After a year and a half they have yet to fix my dishwasher...such crap!

Ok...I threw out the maintenance man - old geezer - that yelled at me. From then on, I had 3 men that took care of my apartment - no more drama. Delores speaks more than listens. The comment about the children - YES!! Those bastards got me fired from my job due to their harassment!! Anything done? No. Charge their parents? No...but will say when I called the leasing office and gave them fine language, that night and days after security saw to it those little cockroaches were managed. Haven't seen hide nor hair of those little losers. I have to say that the leasing office acted quickly, solved my problem...a little too late...but problem resolved nonetheless...no complaints.

With all the complaints that Delores has I don't understand why she still works here. She's never wrong according to herself anyways. What a fricken joke. Only lived here 2 months and my husband was already attacked and then some drunk guys came at me with a knife. Definately not a safe place to live.....
