Me and my familt moved here about 2 1/2 years ago. The pictures on the web were not as we saw it once we arrived. When we were shown our home there was water on the floor from broken pipes and the washer/dryer didnt work. The carpet was stained and the apartment stunk really bad.
The people were not friendly and all the other people living there seemed to say that they were sad we were moving in. Not becuase were bad people but that they felt sorry for us having to move in here!
Dont do it, find another place much safer than here!

jm0405, you must work for the complex, you have it out for any response bad in this complex. My apartment flooded from broken pipes too and it took over 2 months to finally get the walls, pipes, and everything cleaned up and fixed.

I live here - not work here. Maintenance made me mad in that the 1st guy said nothing was wrong, I have hot water. Then my living room had water all over it. Other maintenance guy fixed it immediately, all was well. I have never had any other tenant exhibit pity because I live here. I know all my neighbors too. If you hate it, you move. I think Delores never listens, always knows it all and is about as useful as hemorrhoids when it comes to running things...but others have been nothing but nice, decent, keeping the place crime free in a gang-ridden area, which I have to commend somebody for. The location of this complex = Gang Land the minute you leave the complex. Would I recommend this place? No..but if it's all a family can afford for a year until they can move on, go ahead - if you must - rent and do your best and know it's only temporary.
