I have been here 3 years - have not had too many complaints - but I am moving in a few months. I am tired of them threatening to evict you on a moment's notice when they know they are in the wrong. They allowed children to harass me all day, which cost me a job and $1000's of dollars while I had to find another job (work at home as a med transcriptionist typing hospital reports). I told the office to make the parents of the unruly children x5 pay towards my rent - leave me alone - maybe then the parents will tame their unruly tots. Nope. Right now they are threatening to evict over $50 owed. FIFTY DOLLARS'''' Been here 3 years, always paid....and now they want to allow delinquent children to stay here and run out more paying tenants and rid complex of someone like me over $50 - never late, always paid'''' HELLO!! I AM OUT OF HERE. These past few weeks showed me their true colors.

So, let me get this right? Destructive, future gang children warrants a high rating of a 5 for safety. You said online nothing was listed. http://www.lvmpd.com/crimeviewcommunity/wizard.asp (there are 14 incidents in the last 60 days with 6 of them robbery). There are also 3 sex offenders living in the complex as well. Does this qualify as the safest place that would warrant a 5.
So, what your saying is all 14 incidents of crime in the past 60 days at the Fountains is one family? Also, who says those sex offenders only went after children. A sex offender that is registered could have raped women as well. The ones that I mentioned have 2300 Rock Springs Dr listed as their address currently on the sex offender registry. The crime statistics are from LVPD's website and are from just the last 60 days for 2300 Rock Springs Drive. How many 2300 Rock Springs Drives are there?
