the manager is getting worse and worse

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
the manager was nice to the residences. but now she is getting worse and worse in attitude. She complains too much on trifles like she can kick anybody out of the apt and she is not worried about occupancy!

I think one reason is that we don't have a way to complain to the owner of the apt.
