Good except Manager Crystal

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Reasonable prices, good upkeep on landscaping, prompt maintence 24 hrs or less expect on weekends have to wait till Monday, security at night is sporadic sometimes good sometimes totally lacking. However Manager is very rude, and sometimes the water gets turned off with no warning.
