I'm from another apartment complex, and I tried to do a verification of residency on a resident that wanted to move out of Fremont Apartments in to our complex. I had faxed over a verification of residency over a month ago and still I did not get any paper work back. I called and spoke to a man, he said he will do it when he has time and he will fax it back. 2 weeks went by and still I haven't received anything! I called and spoke to this man who said to me that there was too much paper work...which by the way only had 6 questions reguarding if they were ever late on rent, when did they move in' ...etc. The rest of the paper work was for management to look over to make sure that it was ok by the resident for them to release information to us over the fax machine. (You'd would think that they would know this since they are in property management). This man then got really angry and started telling me the residents information over the phone and answered only 2 questions which he said he was not even sure about the information he is giving me! ...which i could have been anybody and tried to find out where this person lived to get back at him). I kept hearing another man in the back round running his mouth. I had ask the man who I have been trying to get information faxed over to me for almost a month in half what kind of business is this' and his response was..."I don't know what kind of business this is, but it's running."...Okay, that makes sence'... then the man who was running his mouth got on the phone and told me that he was the Manager don't ever call here again! and he hung up the phone on me. I couldn't beleive how rude they were. I called back and ask If I could talk to the owener or somebody higher then the manager; his reponse was "I'am the F*#@ken owner you B!%#$, do not call here again! I had never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect. I don't know how those poor people can live there, they are such idots! Don't ever rent there, they are definitely the worst property management I have ever delt with!
