 you may want to live in better surroundings. this neighborhood isnt that great in the way of getting to know your neighbor. very ify. transient. maybe even strange. far as the fremont villas, be careful. poor laundry facility. maintenence workers ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
