Very poor rating

These apartments need a lot of interior work. There is no insulation between apartmens so ALL SOUNDS come through the walls, the floors onsecond floor are ceramic tiles on wood so they are popping up and cracking and the owner will not hire qualified people to do any maintenance so repairs are poor quality if done at all!
