A great Old Lady left to rot by poor management From: jeffon@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   We had a beautiful location in this decaying old lady. We looked out at the beautiful fountains. Unfortunately the HVAC was VERY poor, the wiring was hoorible, Stains and chipped cabinets everywhere, filthy upon move in. We complained for 13 months and not once was action taken. The manager herself would make notes of the problems we were having but no one ever followed up. The neighberhood is poor and there is DIRECT WALKING access to the apartments from Decatur. Management promised they would fence that off... but that was 13 months ago. Check police stats... our car was broken into... I know of several others... plus several apartment robberies. STAY AWAY! Yes it is a beautiful old property with pretty grounds... but you do NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!
