Motherly advice. RUN as fast as you can in the opposite direction. My daughter was stuck there nearly a year. The complex speaks for it self neglected and falling apart. The office and model area are ok, but don't be deceived drive around the complex. It's ok to be a young manager and hire a young staff. However, this young manager and her staff are the most unprofessional, inexperienced, clueless, and often rude employees I have encountered. Not to mention the maintance people. Your requests and concerns fall upon deaf ears. After the "repairs" my daughter's apartment had one bathroom where you couldn't use the shower(unsafe door) and the other had a toliet that constantly backed up. Breaking the lease was a tremendous headache, but to move on worth it. Shame on the property management company for not taking pride in ownership. Learn from our experience.
