We have been stuck in this complex through a seven month lease, we were easily impressed by how well they upkept the front of the property but after living here and seeing that the grass and other landscaping gets some attention maybe twice a month, and also the fact that John one of the leasing agents is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered and is backed by an incompetent manager who I am not picking on becuase she is young becuase I am as well. The manager is a tyrant making threats to evict people for some of the smallest things, she tries to micro manage your home, becuase thats what apartments are, they are people's home. They have created several rules constricting the rights of tenants and punishing them with immediate eviction (this has happened several times in the last few weeks). Our downstairs neighbors constantly make noise and then complain about noise that we don't even make, they also leae cigarette butts everywhere. In the end the place is a dump its like they put a nice looking sheet over a crappy mattress, they lie, they charge you for everything, and the apartments are tiny and never upkept when needed. My advice to the property manager is clean house, get a new staff and treat your customers (tennants) right.
