ok for the second time in a year my car has been busted in to this time they really cleaned me out they even took my spare freakin tire! and the management office says hey not our problem.. even though they spout off about their 24 hour security patrol who does nothing but sleep in their trucks.

do yourself a favor run the other way from this nasty rotten portal to hell.

I do apologize for your frustration but in repsonse to your issues at Gloria Park. We never take the stand that it's not "our" problem. Crime has no address we do all we can but at the end of the day we all need to be aware and responsible. Auto theft is a problem through out the entire valley.

ok that is a lie I was told flat out by the staff there everytime my cars were broken in to that it is my problem and that is why i have renters insurance. so dont say that you never take the stand that it is not your problem because your staff certainly does, I have been told that the security patrol is not there for us it is there for you. and due to all of these issues I get the joy of paying very very high insurance rates. so I thank you for the chance to live in hell and pay out of my ass to do it.

Um no I don???t think so!!!!!! If your paying insurance out ur ass that???s b/c ur an idiot!!! Crime is everywhere no matter where you go! And I bet 10-1 that your car was one of the easiest cars to steal most likely a Honda. Ok no where in your lease does it state that if you have a problem with your car to come bitching and morning to the leasing office if you lived in a house what would you do then go and cry to ur neighbor? I don???t think so....... ur insurance would cover it if you pulled your head out of your ass long enough to find a good insurance company!!! As for the courtesy patrol that???s just it its courtesy patrol go buy a damn alarm ya cheep ass!!! Grow up if you don???t like where you live, move! But then again im sure you have something to ----- about that subject!

I understand that it is just their job, something they do to make a living. BUT, there is no need for such an unprofessional attitude. i was interested in this complex, but because of the way the staff treats their tennants, even if it IS just verbally abusive, I am not considering this one anymore. If I can't have an understanding staff team, then I am not moving my family here.
