Rude -------s From: jl1976 Date posted: 8/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   If you think this place is nice, think again, sure it looks nice and safe with it's big Iron Gates, but I lived there for 7 months and both my vehicles were broken into and the windows smashed 3 times. Alerting that ------- ----- Christy does absolutely no good. Also god forbid you need something from the front office, JOHN, CARL and again CHRISTY should be shot point blank in the head, not only are they the rudest people I have ever met, but the most uneducated individuals in property management, Oh yeah by the way this place is located smack dab in the middle of China Town.... Hope you like cats, there are about 50 strays running around this place, ripping the trash out of the dumpsters and all over your lawns. Also if you are looking to get bitten by a pitbull, this is the place to live, For the time I lived there, there was a stray Pitbull running around everynight. Did the idiots... I mean Management do anything about it of course not. Again I advise you if you are thinking about living there Run, your better off living under a bridge, on the strip. I was so miserable there that we gave up our deposit and had to pay an additional 1800.00 just to leave, well worth it. One final note I also called the headquarters in Pheonix Arizona, and they only speak Chinese, so I wrote a letter and never heard a word..... Real Professional.
