Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
There is NEW management , and I have NO problem with any of them , everyone is very nice and friendly and actually care about what you have to say . They have been NO robbery theft reports for the whole year that I have been here , and for the most part (exept the weekends) Its SUPER peaceful . They have cleaned it up quite a bit , not that it was ever really trashy before, and they have added lots of new landscaping ect ect . Maintanance has improved and they are making improvements inside and out of the apartments . I LOVE it here , and will probly rent another year or so ....
