This is simply one of the most dangerous places that I have ever lived. Rent was good for a starving student like me, but little did I know what I was in for! CHOCK full of huge families of Eastern Europeans, (no offense to immigrants, I am the daugter of 2 :) the men would stare at you from the time you arrived in your car till you RAN to your door. Stare stare stare. I guess they were amazed that people actually leave their homes to, you know, WORK! Verrry uncomfortable. Pools dont work, laundry room is a death/pervert gamble. I had to go in the daytime only (which sucked because with a supposed "security guard" you should be able to do your laundry after sundown) or risk a Yugoslavian staring coup, and on special occasions the creepy dudes who I assume, live there waiting to steal my clothing. Or me. If you are into the meth trade, you will feel right at home. CONSTANT wierd chemical smells wafting from all over the complex. Did I mention that some of the apts are rented out for some type of ramshackle "schools"' That is fun at 6 am, belive me! The day I moved in a hooker was asking one of my male friends if she could have my headboard for sex. NO ----. Homeless galore and they love to live in/on/around your cars (especially if they see change in the cupholder!), managment could honestly care less. Unless you are a male, over 6'5, speak crackhead and are ready to defend your crappy, leaky, cockaroacha apt from just about every derilict in the 89119 zip code STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Whoever you are. You're right. I on the other hand am a broke Male college student, physically fit, in my 20s and I am scared of this place. I wish my lease could end sooner. I have two months to go, I hope I survive it, with all the things that could get me! Do not rent from this community.
