This place is the worst place I have ever lived!

This place is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. I have lived here for a year due to circumstances and am moving out next month, since I have lived here, I see the cops all the time for some domestic violence situation or another. My refrigerator leaks water and when the maintenance man came to fix it, his solution was to put a foil pan under the refrigerator. The place is infested with bugs, dogs run free. My neighbors upstairs throw there cat litter box over the railing and I have complained about it with no results. The Health Department has been here for inspections and found many violations, and once again for the FOURTH TIME THE WATER IS SHUT OFF DUE TO A MAIN LINE BREAK. THE STAFFS RESPONSE WHEN I ASKED THEM HOW THEY ARE GOING TO HANDLE THIS SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN AND THEY SAID WE CANNOT SEE UNDER THE GROUND. WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS. I HATE LIVING HERE AND CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE!!!!!!!!DONT WALK RUN FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN THE ARMPIT OF AMERICA. P.S. Now that I am trying to move out of this ---- hole the office is trying to play games with me and lying.
