moved in oct 2007 worst mistake. Dogs 25 lbs and under. wrong pit bulls all over and runs loose tennants don't clean up after them. real pig sty. Try to get something fixed (wait wait and wait some more) water turned off different days,told will be on by a certain time and not. Just a nightmare.Kids not controlled. Noisy all the time. trash all over out side. You fear for you life coming and going. Just nasty. If any one can help please speak up.They don't make anyone follow the lease or at least it looks that way.

Everything you say is true. Plus the dogs bark all day and all night long. Why do people who live in apartments need dogs? Dogs should live in houses only. I would like to leave the Hamptons, but I can't afford to live anywhere else.
