I have lived in this apartment for almost 9 years. In the beginning many years ago, managment was extremely professional and intelligent. They cared about the tenants and took the time to listen to complaints. Since Hesperian Falls is the most recent owner of this property, the lack of caring and human kindess has dwindle down to nothing. Management has no regard for fellow tenants and the maintenance staff does not speak english.
