went downhill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We found are apt. through the net because we were from out of state. We contacted set everything up than right before we left we called one more time and they wanted over $700 deposit because we didn't have jobs when we got to vegas. A little ticked off but I understood. When we first moved in apartment was nice and the quality of people was good but the surrounding area is not that great. As time went by the people moving into the complex went down. Managment stinks and rude. Maintenance guys are great may take a while to get fixed but it's a big complex. When we gave notice over a month ahead of time and actually moved out before we had to they shorted us on are deposit because the said we only gave them 26 days notice even thought on the bill it says date notified the 1st and we paid for the whole month. So someone isn't very bright plus they came up with a bunch of other fees to see are big deposit shrink to not much. If we would had to have paid the normal deposit I think they would have found just stuff to take are refundable deposit away but because we put a bigger deposit the found more problems. Just beware before you move in make copies of everything even that paper you fill out of all the problems you find and take photos before you move in and when you move out. Otherwise you'll get burned and don't get the remotes for the gates most of the time the gate is broken usually by the people that live their.
