The apartment is nice and big... but it's really hard to enjoy. Here's why...

NOISE!!! An entire Jr. Futbol team of 15 that plays underneath my sliding glass door every... single... day. Don't plan on ever having any peace during the day. You can hear them all day, every day. If you try to put cotton in your ears to take a nap, you can still hear them. If you're in the shower, on the top floor, with the fan running and the door closed, guess what' Yep, you can still hear them. Shrieking, squeaking, screaming, shrill, obnoxious kids that get dropped off for everyone else to worry about... and then there are the screeching pipes that you can hear every time someone flushes their toilet, turns on their sink, takes a shower, etc.

There are three very nice looking, UNUSABLE swimming pools. They look great when you take the tour, but after you move in, you may notice that most people's toilets are cleaned on a more regular basis. The main one was even closed down by the health dept... for several months! It's all OK though because after you live there a while, you figure out that the swimming pools are basically just makeshift daycare centers where everyone drops off their kids... while they watch Judge Judy and smoke their crack.

And then there is the parking lot. A very dark, dimly lit space for one car. Real safe. The "security" gate rarely works and when it does, you can punch in your number and watch an entire caravan of cars follow you through... and sometimes even cut you off! Nice folks. If you want to go on the LVPD website and check out the crime report for this area... HA HA HA! It looks like there hasn't been crime in Las Vegas since the Lucky Luciano days! Good thing they got rid of that trouble maker! Seriously though, look around a little bit before you take anyone's word for anything.

You may notice that this place is located directly in the very center of Central Las Vegas. If you know where this is, then you already know that this neighborhood is pretty terrible. It's looks like it was basically OK a few years back, but with all of the businesses closing down and with all of the hood rats coming here in droves, it's getting nastier by the second. Keep in mind that this is a BIG apt. complex. with over 500 apts. I seriously regret coming here. I really think that I would much rather live in a place that was really run down... AND QUIET than to live in an alright looking place that is filled with loud, obnoxious, filthy animals.

So if you were able to read this far, and are a nice, quiet, clean person who has respect for the people around you and just wants to be left alone... LOOK ELSEWHERE. If you are a filthy hood rat, with 8 kids and no time to pay attention to any of them, then this is your Mecca my friends! Free day care (just drop em' off, they practically take care of themselves). The perfect dark, sprawling, unsecured and unmaintained parking lot which is perfect for muggings, dope dealing, just use you imagination! Did I mention the three (count them) THREE Tijuana Mexico themed swimming pools! Don't forget those Hepatitis C shots... well most of the people swimming here have natural immunities already and use it for drinking water/toilet water... to water their livestock, do their laundry, whatever.

One funny thing is that for once in the history of this place, they actually LOWERED the rent $50 dollars rather than raise it $125 like they usually do. It doesn't matter though because people are still moving out of here in droves. There are much nicer HOUSES in much nicer neighborhoods for less. If you want to live in an average apt. in the middle of the Ghetto, you can do it way, WAY cheaper elsewhere. Did I mention that I deeply regret moving here...
