I moved in October and found coachroaches everywhere, stray cats living on patios, -------- rummaging through dumpsters everyday, drug dealers outside apts every nite on main entryway-which is advertised as gated but security gate "is not working" since I moved in 4 months ago. Police are here every other week and fire dept here frequently for fires in apts. Water heater leaks, no hot water, and maint. can't fix problems. Run from this place. Most residents friendly but frustrated too.

They have rates,maint sucks,and the police are away here.
