Management is GREAT!!

I have lives at the Ivy for almost 3 years now and they FINALLY got the management right!! In the last 4-6 months Kathy has really cleaned out the bad elliment in here - it is so quit at night now that I enjoy walking my dog at night. She addresses everything I need - I complained about the fitness center equiptment, she had them out the next week and serviced ALL the equiptment - My wife uses the tanning bed 3 times a week, Kathy had it services and the correct cleaning solutions brought in. Just VERY reponsive to the residents concern!! She is in the office after hours and I always see her walking the property before leaving around 8-9pm.(Unlike the last manager - he hardley ever had the office open even during the day!)She will not put up with anyones -------- but at the same time she knows how to talk and deal with people in a way they understand and end of loving her!! I have recommended The Ivy to numerous people and will continue to do so!!
