Charmaine is such a liar. She may seem sweet and nice on the outside, but on the inside she is a conniving witch who is plotting how to steal from you by making up all these fees upon move out trying to milk you for all you're worth when there was NOTHING wrong with the apartment. Left it better then when we moved in. She lies about addressing issues like repeated noise complaints from the same neighbor.
Charmaine also claimed I received concessions upon move in, which was LIE!! I didn't qualify for any concessions...
DO NOT move here. They will rip you off big time.

I still live here everything in the review s are true nobody is doing anything it is still petersburg va. the head lady in the office is very racist ,non professional, stealing money from security deposits nobody gets a refund no matter what,old, cripple, blind, or crazy.MY opion IVY gates need to be closed down to many problems that need to be taken care of .landlord is a lawyer in va, beach and she ray the city of petersburg off every year we dont need people like this in our city somebody lease help us call twelve on our side somebody need to talk to the tenants out here.

the management at Ivy in Las vegas do take action with complaints. Trust me, my neighbor dedicates his time trying to get a notice on everybody's door.
