The staff is friendly and attentive. They have a large onsite maint. staff who are always quick to respond to any problems or concerns. My neighbors are great. I even feel safe leaving my car UNLOCKED!! That's a great comfort in Las Vegas. The grounds are clean and well maintained. They are very kid friendly, it's a great family place. I love it here. I think the only downside would be the lack of parking in the middle of the complex.
