i just moved out of this apartment,the maintenance sucks,i lived here for six months and i had to call maintenace to come fix my toilet everyother day.For at least 20 times(not exaggerating) on the whole.I had to call at least twice a week.Nothing gets fixed. Parking is another issue in jovanna villas,if u dont pay for covered parking,be prepared to park as far as possible from your apartment as soon as its 5pjm everyday,you have to keep looking for parking spot. When i first moved here from out of state,i as impressed with the outward looks,i mean the apartment looks beautiful on the outside,BUT THERE IS NO STABLE MANAGEMENT,U SEE NEW FACES EVERYTIME U GO TO THE OFFICE,nothing gets fixed,in a couple of years,at this rate,jovanna villas would be a dump,DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE OUTWARD APPEARANCE,you would not get your money's worth.it's a waste.

I agree, the management sux and the parking is unreal! My son's $300 bike was stolen OFF MY PORCH during our first month here... he's been in 2 fist fights here,(HE'S 9 YEARS OLD!!)He doesnt want to go outside because this group of around 10 (maybe more) kids ages 8 to 16 claim to be a gang called "THE SPIDERS" He says they call him a bi*** and pu*** if he doesnt fight and they all call eachother "playa". The bugs are sickening, they wont spray, bug bombs dont phase the big brown and black and grey spiders, some bugs i've seen i dont even know what they are ..still havent recieved my gym or pool key..awful
