Our renting experience here started off good, until summer hit and the pool was closed half the time. The pool is not heated, which is fine, but we weren't allowed in the area half the time. Since our only stipulation in an apt was a nice apt and a decent pool this definatly let us down.
Then during the summer months my "year" sticker on my license was stolen. Not thinking this was a big deal I didn't make an extra trip down to AZ to get a new year sticker since I would be going in NOvember. Little did I know that I'd be penalized for this and was stuck with a 200$ tow fee plus an 80$ cab fee to get it. There were no words of remorse or even letting me, their customer, know that they were going to tow my car unless I get a new sticker. As far as I knew, since the registration was paid for, I was fine. We are good tenants, always paid on time, quiet, it didn't make sense that this was how they would do business especially since they are in a customer service industry.
Then when we tried going to talk to them about it and what we can do we were given two to decide whether to leave or stay.
The property is adequate, but if you work in the service industry and know how to treat people in a way to keep them on the property, I wouldn't suggest this place to you. Based on principal and how we were treated we are outta here.

We do feel horrible that you feel like we didn't care... HOWEVER, Per your signed contract your vehicle was to display currect registration at all times, which it didn't. Your vehicle was stickered/tagged on atleast 3 separate occasions in as many months, giving you more than ample time to fix the situation. That you expected to be held to different standards as every other resident implies that you wish us to break Fair Housing Laws. Again, we are sorry that our business relationship was marred, but please understand a job has to be done.
