Jovanna Villa is TERRIBLE. Old ass abandoned boats and trailers. Ghetto people walking all hours of the night. The apartment next to me get burglarized in the day light. This is all not to mention the STAFF ARE MORONS. Tell me its a quiet place to rent, then 2 weeks later the guy next to me blasts rap music. DONT BE FOOLED by the staffs lies. The maintenance crew take forever to fix the crap that always goes wrong in your apt.
THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!
