The sign on the street says luxury . Luxury'!' The trailer park across the street only adds to the irony. The following are just some of the observations made by a tenant living on the East side facing the strip mall. Outside, the neighbor below made the yard into an ashtray. Hundreds of cigarette butts still litter the ground after she moved out. Piles of dog ----, trash, and broken glass are familiar sights. Inside, cockroaches are a recurring problem and its like pulling teeth to get pest control. Appliances don t function properly. The temperature inside the refrigerator is uneven; it freezes even at the lowest setting. The burner on the stove works only half the time. Maintenance crew replaced the dishwasher but didn t hook it up correctly so water flooded the cabinet. Staff is completely incompetent. There s been a number of false fire alarms and management is slow to respond especially at night. Over an hour was spent last time waiting for someone to turn the damn thing off. The water will be shut off frequently and without warning. When parking after 7:00pm, its impossible to find a parking space that isn t far away. Storage units that are filthy with cobwebs, dirt, and leftovers are rented out as is. Missing window screens, clogged drains, and other maintenance issues are commonplace. Maintenance requests are either handled at a snail s pace or never handled at all. Buildings are in disrepair. Creepy folks who loiter in the parking lot or stare cause an uncomfortable feeling. White trash neighbors have no shame. The long list of complaints goes on and on. You call this luxury'!' On the contrary, this place is a dump!

The Manufactured home park is across the street (but it didn't pop up over night) and it's a 55 and over park (Psst.. I think they're harmless) The Cigarette butts have been addressed (03/20/2008). Maintenance tries very hard to keep up with the irresponsible pet owners by picking up as much of the dog mess as possible. We have a pest control company that comes EVERY Monday. Please contact to office so we can get you scheduled. You would actually have to give permission to enter so we could fix any pest issues that you may have. Unfortunately, the property turns 10 years old this year, it stands to reason that some of the appliances might start going a little haywire. We can only fix them as informed of the situation. And your appliances have all been fixed and/or replaced within 24 to 72 hours as parts and replacements became available. With the exception of the stove, since maintenance has checked it on a couple occasions, only to find it working fine. (We have also had some issues gaining access to your home since you often leave your minor child unattended and it is company policy not to enter when adults are not present. Please be fair when you comment on our response time.) As to the dishwasher incorrectly hooked up--Mistakes Happen we rectified it within minutes of the issue.. I can't apologize for the water having to be shut off because a group of unattended children decided to throw rocks at a pipe until it busted which, oddly, caused air in the lines which lead to a leak in a ceiling (the reason for the second shut off the next day). I can't make any excuses for the parking. People are warned well before moving in that we have a parking issue but we also have a small property. The walk from the open parking is short and flat. The fire alarms.... We are actually VERY quick to respond (ask your neighbor, she was outside with us trying to get them turned off).. Again, we can't control other peoples children, only do our best to fix the situation when it happens and hope that our residents have a little patience and compassion since we all live here also. And I don't know about you but it's a small price to pay to know that they are working incase a fire were to actually have been started. I'm sorry that you feel we're "incompetent." I don't understand what we've done wrong to you but hopefully you can understand that we are trying and we do care..
