i've been living at jovanna villas for over 2 years now.

i started living here while i was attending UNLV.
the prices are great for this neighbrohood. it may not be as high quality as say the savannah, montana or the belmont but it is a good price for this area. its close to the silverado ranch area which provides easy access to many grocery stores, 2 walmarts, target etc.
the staff here are very friendly.

i dont know what the other person that wrote the review experienced but i've had no problems what so ever living here.
