Take this as a warning, this place is horrible! From the upkeep of the grounds and apts. to the staff. They are very unprofessional and will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you out of the office. I did an early termination because the gates never worked, I had to walk for miles to my apt. because of lack of parking. I wasn't about to pay more money for a reserved spot. The noise was unbareable and the cigerette butts laying outside my apt. from the one upstairs was horrible. To make matters worse after I complained about the butts, (which they never did anything at the time) they came to me and gave me a warning to clean up MY cigerette butts and I dont even smoke! I think they are very lax on who they let live there and I firmly believe that there are several families living in one unit. This place is the slums and you would be better off paying an extra 100.00 bucks and going down the street! Trust me, the money it cost me to move out was worth it! DONT DO IT!!

I agree with what you said about management letting anyone in. This place has gone from decent to downright ghetto. The cops are in the complex every other night for who knows why. The maintenance is very lazy... we had mold under our kitchen sink when we moved in and all he did was paint over it... is that even legal? And you didn't even mention the bugs. When we moved in, there were roaches, crickets, spiders, and gnats everywhere. It took months to get rid of them. Finally, DON'T ever live in a downstairs apartment here. The walls are SO thin between apartment FLOORS you can hear the people breathing above you. Thank GOD we're out of there!!!

I forgot to mention this: It is not legal for them to just paint over mold! I would contact the Southern Nevada housing authority because that is a health issue and you may have legal recourse because of it. I lived in a state owned house once that was full of mold and they ended up tearing it down and I had to move :(. Anyway, glad you got out of that place, what a mess!
