It has improved.

Things have improved a great deal. The Complex is under new management, and I have seen no rodents or insects. The Grounds are well kept and free of debris. Good location, The Flamingo Library, a very nice park, and the Boulevard Mall area all in Walking distance(less than 3 blocks).
