Good Price, Nice View

The price is good, nice view of the strip, but not the best place to live. It's alright to just stop in for a few months as long as you don't have any children, not a very good area for them. Furnishings suck, the building has a stair case thats falling apart. The office staff are awesome, they help in any way they can.
