It?s getting worst not better.

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2003
The office management changes constantly. They just recently decided to charge a "handling" fee of $2.50 per month and an additional $5.00 if you pay your rent in the office. Your rent is to be mailed to a Chicago address but you will be charged $50 if it doesn?t get there in time, so you are strongly encouraged to sign up for automatic rent withdrawl from you checking account. This from a company that takes 2 week to fix your toliet.
There are way to many dogs roaming the complex, many not on a leash.
