I lived at KC from 07/99 to 07/01. The tanning bed worked briefly until they decided to get new bulbs and never got them. They were remodeling the sauna'a when I left. The pools were all okay. The hot tub worked. There was problems with the security gate. It worked on and off for the entire time I was there. AND, they don't make people with dinosaur dogs pick up after them. The MGMT was a bit rude when I was there. It may go with the neighborhood. They were NOT very quick at repair requests . . AT ALL! AND, when I moved out, after two years mind you, they kept ALL my deposit to replace the carpet. TWO YEARS and I did NOT have a pet and the carpet was not new when I moved in. That's the thing that pisses me off. Take pictures on move-in and move-out. I've heard they don't refund any deposits . .EVER. AND, there was too many staffing changes to keep up with them all. I think it says alot when there is such a high staff turnover.
