I WAS THE PEST CONTROL GUY

I used to spray this complex for bugs with a pest control company.
Let me tell you. The place is infested with Oriental and German roaches.
If you like the sewer you will love to live in this dump.
Management asked my company to charge them less for pest control service so for 2 years we sprayed water inside and out and charged them for the service.
Its not that I did not care...its the management that asked me for a lower cost because they where tired of the complaints regarding roaches. For a low cost they could only afford me and not the pesticide.(water in the valley also comes at a cost.)
Now that we no longer service this dump that they consider a community I would like to not recommend this place to live.
