Ya the management shouldnt work with anyone that is constantly behind in rent. There WAS a lot of loitering, not anymore. Its more shady of the bug guy to spray water. It was just a question. You got mugged, why where you out at 1 am alond in a dark area' Any place has these problems but its a fine place to live.
