Management is incompetent, inefficient and unresponsive to tenants needs. 3 out of 4 tennis lights work, none of the pedestrian gates have locks, the drive thru gates never work. The complex is not sufficiently lit. Shootings, drug dealing and car and apartment break-ins are commonplace. In adequate security. Kids jumping off stacked lawn chairs in the pool area at all hours of the night. Mattresses and couches are piled up on balconies through out the complex. All of the above coupled with rude apartment staff makes this place a headache you don't need. Trailer trash tenants and apartment staff. Not a secure, gated luxury building as advertised. Rent elsewhere if you want a safe, secure, well maintained place to live with quality neighbors and apartment staff. Take it from me I made the mistake of giving managment and the complex the benefit of the doubt and renewed my lease. I have complained and written numerous letters to get management to do repairs in my apartment as well as on the grounds with no response. This place is a ---- hole if you have ever seen one. don't waste your time or money here. It may seem okay at first glance but once they take your money, they treat tenants like ----.
