My family and I have been living at King's Crossing for over a year. We renewed our lease before this new company took over in October 2004 only because the pools and grounds had been properly maintained. The first thing the new company did was cancel the pool contractor. I had notified the office about the condition of the pools and the management repeatedly lied to me about the maintenance on the pools and informed me that maintenance was "adding chemicals". I called the health department,the pools were shut down. Since then this complex has become a giant doggie toilet. Piles of feces everywhere. My child and I like to walk the grounds and play in the tennis court but now there is dog feces laying around in there as well. The office is fully aware of the problem and I have documented proof of that. I have contacted the health department and they will come out to investigate and take steps to abate the problem but the problem should not exist. It should have been nipped in the bud A.S.A.P.

It's highly doubtful that the pools will be open in time for anyone to enjoy them. The management here is completely lax in dealing with any situtation that arises and there is so much crime in this complex it is unbelievable. I received a copy of a flier about what goes on here and there were over 300 incidents (many of them assaults) within a 6 month time period. Needless to say I would not recomment this place to anyone and highly suggest that if you want a decent place to live walk the grounds, check out the pools and don't believe the lies they tell you here. About the dog feces, it's not just a pile here or there but pile after pile after pile. It's completely disgusting and a health hazard to humans because if it is not picked up it contaminates the ground and becomes a means of passing intestinal parasites and infections to dogs and people (think of your kids).
