After living in these apartments for nearly a year with power bills heating and cooling bills, I was informed that numerous buildings on the lot never had any insulation. This was discovered because my neighbor and her children discovered that their attic was completely infested with pidgeons! They were investigating because of noise and their health. SO sick sleepless neighbor finds pidgeons in attic but no insulation.
Camden's and King's Crossings response was to pass the buck and drag their feet with the costly solution of finishing the buildings and evicting the birds!
I moved out when they refused to do anything about the high power bills stating that they needed proof that lack of insulation had affected the heating and cooling of the apartment. What then, I asked, does insulation do if not assist in the controlling of temperatures!'

So...they suck. The renter is certainly the last concern here.

The tanning beds never worked in the year I was there and the sauna's were used for storage during my tenure. Trash was often blowning around the complex and to top it all off, crime was a concern as this "gated community" never had a functioning gate!

The manager that was there when I moved out "Debbie" was particularly snotty with people. Not so much with me because she tends to back down from people who can stay calm. Though she is guilty of some name calling and of speaking poorly of residents to other residents! There is also an attitude of "You are not good enough to merit use of my time" when concerns are being voiced to ANYONE in the office. It is disturbing
