Hello, i am a former tenant of King's Crossing, and I used to work for the managment company that ran the complex and it is easy to see why the complex is as it is. I had nothing but problems from the day i moved in. They lied to me and my father to get me to sign the lease and then denied their lies. And they would'nt give any compensation for their lies. Nor would management take any resposibility for their employee's lying. I lived at King's Crossing for almost a year, and in that time i witnessed one incedent after another of complete ghetto living. I was completely apauled at the living experience at this complex. At on point the neighbors were very upscale and professional people. But after new managment took over the quality of neighbors was what i would consider "ghettofabulous" The neighbors that i had below me were of Hispanic decent, and i don't say that to be racial but from the day they moved in to the complex they violated just about every rule that was possible, and i think they were a disgrace to the true and honorable Hispanic culture. They at one point had about 8 people living in a two bedroom apartment and made noise 24-7. They would park their several junkers in everyone elses spots, throw their beer bottles all over the grounds and let their dog and children run all over the complex. I even witnessed their kids playing on top of one of my neighbor's cars, and nothing was done by the parents or the managment. The final straw for me was when on of them came up to my apartment threatening me in Spanish, couldn't even speak English, about noise that i wasn't even making. i thought she had a lot of nerve considering how much noise they made.I also witnessed one of the property management's employees get cheap shotted by one the tenants kids while the employee was trying to break up another fight!
Put it this way. that place got so bad that one time i called to have a pizza delivered and they told me that our complex was on the police list for being extremely unsafe and that they would not be responsible for their safety so they would no longer deliver food to us....i think that says it all!

Jesus, that's awful. The quality seems so bad, it's like it's out of a comedy movie or something.
