Dirty and Dangerous

When we moved into this complex, they assured us that it was gated and secure. The gate had been broken for over a year and they stated that they would not fix it again, because it would just get broken again. Our car was vandalized, our son was jumped by 4 other boys on the playground, I was threatened by a neighbor...all in the first 2 weeks. Our complaints went unanswered. They would not work with us to get out of our lease and sued us for $1400 after we moved (breaking our lease). This complex was littered with trash and animal feces. The apartment layout was nice, but the tradeoff for a dangerous and dirty complex is definately not worth it.
