Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
these apartment are not good the changed there name to summer hill villas there still the same i used to live here for a year and the people up stairs from me apartment washer was not hooked up right and it flooded my whole apartment i had to call the health district on them they didnt even fix anything so i broke my lease
