Crapy Place to live, BEWARE!!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Was told about this place by some friends who lived there for a while now. So me and my family moved in, and boy was this a mistake!
Bad place to live. They changed there name to SummerHill Villas cause the old name got them bad reviews, then they fixed the front area where you drive in so it looks nice to potential renters. Dont be fooled, they have new management and they're rude and not nice. My family and I have lived here for over a year and boy did we not have problems. They never come when you ask them to when something needs to be fixed and then they had done some work on the propertys plumbing and left debrie all over my furniture and kitchen stuff, didnt even clean it up. Never fixed under my sink and i had reported this problem when i first moved in, there was a leak under the sink and it was ruining the board underneath, it never got fixed and mildew built up. I have an infant and that could've been catastrophic!
The AC units are always leaking and constantly need to be fixed. Warning to anyone thinking of moving in here, DONT! The worse place i have lived in by far!
