I have lived in this dump for far too long. I lived in one apartment that flooded 3 different times due to pipes bursting in the walls. Was told by their maintenance supervisor that it is due to awful contractors and them taking the cheapest bid. Forced to move into another unit and had to fight to receive discount off of rent. Office staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. You have to threaten to call the Health Department for them to come out and fix something that day. I had mold in my bathroom due to water leaking from ceiling in apartment upstairs. Called the office and they didn't come out until I called the Health Department 2 days later. Parking is horrible. Ammenities except for pool are only open when the office is open. The residents they are allowing to move in are getting worse and worse. Do not move into this place. It is now called Summerhill Villas.
