I lived at the kona loha, new managment is horrible! To have things fixed is very untimely, Roaches and crickets are a nightmare in themself, the managment does not want to spend the money needed to fix the things that are broken. once they do they do need to come out several times to refix them. This is a all around NIGHTMARE!!!! Anthony Nicolosi is the new managment of this propety. He is not doing the things that he is supposed to do. If you call to get things fixed he will not answer the phone and swear that the phone is broken. But once i moved out i called him as if i wanted to rent a property and guess what the phone worked fine and he heard all the info he needed to call back. LOL this is not a joke. I see that he has started charging 499 a month also it is not worth the hassel. The tubs do not drain. and can take up to a day to drain. The pool has been filled once since i lived there. there is no way that that will be fixed. The parking is horrendous, they are not assigned spots, but they have a lot of cars that are not running sitting out there. There are no windows and that open so i wish anyone looking the best of luck. I know that i have had enough.
