The place was pretty okay until the new owners took over. Now owned by Kona Loha Apartments and the managers have been tightening the noose on all the loyal tenants. The place has allowed pets for as long as i've been here but now they're saying everyone needs to fine new homes for their loving pets, ---- this place.

I am the manager and have been living on this property for 3 years. New owners took over January 1, 2005. In response to this comment; We do allow pets as long as they remain inside the unit. Animals are not allowed to roam freely, and we do insist that you care for your pets, and are considerate of your neighbors. If management sees that you are not taking care of your pets, or your pets are destroying the interior or exterior of the unit, then naturally we would like for you to live elsewhere. We have many long term tenants dating back to 1985 and most people like living in a complex that is clean and quiet.
