I've lived here for 2 years and I havn't had any issues with staff or anything. My apartment has never been broken into, and my car has never been vandalized. The only issue I have is that my neighbor plays his TV REALLY loud and my upstairs neighbors like to keep their windows open when they watch their REALLY loud TV. I do think the apartments are overpriced, I will be moving out in a couple months. There have been issues with the gate sometimes not closing at all, and alot of the neighbors are really rude, but I've had nothing but pleasantries from the staff. My washing machine quit on me, and they ordered and replaced it for me within 3 days(the washer was nothing state of the art), also when my faucet was leaking they replaced that as well in the same hour. Just a standard FYI I give everyone, once your all moved out and the apartment/house is clean PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING. Take pictures of everything just in case. ALWAYS do a walk through of the unit they are going to give you BEFORE you give them a deposit, or ask to view an empty unit at the initial inquiry. I was satisfied with the one I have, however it looks nothing like the layout in the model.

Thanks for the advice as I am planning on moving out. I will definitely be taking photos and asking for a walk through when I leave. You should feel fortunate that you haven't had any problems as there has been half a dozen burglaries in the complex and a few cars have been vandalized and the management do not do anything. They hired extra security for awhile but they was cut off in 2 weeks meanwhile it's unsafe for the residents. Even if your experiences have been good you should be concerned about the violence that has increased there in the recent months. Management keeps it all hush-hush so they can continue to rent out the apts. Overpriced is correct as they don't provide any sort of security no matter what they try to say.

I've recently begun utilizing LVMPD.com and their nifty crime locator, it maps noise complaints, grand theft auto, burglaries, robberies, vandalism, B&E, assault, weopons ect. We all know things may slip through the cracks. I recommend using this locator.
