I have been living here going on 6 years. Obviously, if I didn't like it, I would have left after 1 year. The staff is always my favorite thing as they have all been courteous and extremely professional. The maintenence staff are very fast at taking care of any problems in the unit. The grounds are always maintained and security is quite visable. During the summer months, since the pool is 24/7, there are times where the guests of residents like to have a good time at 3 or later in the morning. But, security is quite quick to remove those quests as quiet is extremely important to all the residents. I take great pride in living at the La Villa and if you decided to rent there, I am sure your stay would be quite enjoyable.

Lucky you but you must not have been a victim of any crime such as a burglary or car vandalism as there has been many in the complex whether you were aware of that or not. Perhaps your experiences with the staff have been friendly because you haven't had any problems. I have seen the police at different buildings on several occasions.
